Good morning Year 3,
We hope you had a good weekend and have spoilt your Mum for Mother's Day. We have some fun activities planned for this week and we have added a keeping active at home page with lots of ideas to keep you all moving. Also Joe Wicks has announced that he will be holding daily live PE lessons at 9am Monday - Friday if you would like to join in (See link in the Keeping active at home page) .
Please find below today's activities. Remember you can record your activities straight into your green exercise book unless you prefer to print.
Today's tasks are:
- Reading comprehension based on Claude Monet
- Maths on fractions of numbers (don't forget to use your CGP guide if you have one)
- English writing task to write a new Stig of the Dump adventure. The children are expected to proof read their writing and edit too once they have completed the task. We have given a story example to give the children ideas and there is also Stone Age paper should the children wish to write it out in best.
Have a good day,
Mrs Lane and Miss Faulkner
