Happy Monday,

We miss you very much.  As you know, today would have been the start of our SATs week.  Whilst it is important not to dwell on the things that we cannot do at this time, we also want to make a quick reference to it today.  During your time in Year 6, you have all worked hard and we are so proud of you.  We know that you would have smashed this week and we want to remind you that even though we are apart for now, we are still a team.  Another bonus of the week would have been the SATs breakfast, a time for all of us to come into school early and eat together.  If possible, try to have a special family breakfast sometime this week – we would love to see photos!

In other news, there are lots of kahoot quizzes for you to complete.  Do you have any ideas for any more?  We like to give you the opportunity to revise learning and have fun too!

This week will also bring another TTRS battle, this is a great way to connect with friends across the school and send rockslams.

You have your daily SPaG and Maths challenges to complete as usual.  You will notice that the SPaG challenges are not all SPaG anymore and we hope you enjoy the variety.  Remember to follow the structure we have set out for you in writing, reading and maths and use your learning powers effectively.

Take care of yourselves and stay in touch,
Mr Smallman, Miss Booker and Mrs Bartolo
