Policies

The policies that we work to at Ladybirds are stored in a file on the cupboard to your left as you enter the main nursery room. You are welcome to look at these policies whenever you wish (though the file must remain in the nursery so please don't take it away with you!). These policies are reviewed and updated on a regular basis - please talk to a member of staff if you have any suggestions or questions.

Jewellery Policy
For reasons of health and safety, the wearing of jewellery is not permitted at Ladybirds. If you have particular reasons for your child wearing a piece of jewellery or a religious adornment, please speak to Linda Jones, Nursery Manager, who will endeavour to work with you to establish a mutually agreeable solution.

Complaints Policy
Included in the file are details of our complaints policy. If you have a complaint or concern about any aspect of Ladybirds, please initially speak to Linda Jones, Nursery Manager. If you feel the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, please put your view in writing to the Committee. Any concerns you may have for the safety of a child whilst in the care of Ladybirds or the running of the setting (about which you feel unable to speak with Linda Jones or the Committee) should be directed to Ofsted (the contact details for which are displayed on the notice board in the cloakroom).
