Fees and Admissions
Langshott Ladybirds Nursery Fees from September 2016 -
- 8.45am to 11.45am - £6.00 per hour
- 12.15pm to 3.15pm - £6.00 per hour
- Lunch club - £6 per hour
Method of payment is by invoice: payment is due on the first day of term, paid termly or half termly by cash or cheque (payable to Langshott Ladybirds Nursery).
Weekly payments are only accepted by agreement with the Nursery Manager.
Fees overdue by more than two weeks will have a 10% surcharge levied to cover administration costs.
For parents whose children are in receipt of Early Years Free Entitlement (EYFE) for 3 and 4 year olds, or Free Early Education for Two year olds (FEET):
Your child receives free entitlement over the academic year for 38 weeks of the year for a maximum of 15 hours per week. There is nothing further to pay. For further information, please contact the Nursery Manager, Linda Jones, or click on the links below -
Free Early Education for Two year olds (FEET)
The nursery can provide free early education for two year olds. To see if you qualify for this please take a look at the information on the first website listed above or call 0300 200 1004.
If you are successful in getting FEET your child may be able to attend the term after their second birthday. You will be able to claim up to 15 hours of free early education for a total of 38 weeks.
Early Years Free Entitlement (EYFE) for 3 and 4 year olds
Your child may be able to have up to 15 hours a week of free entitlement for 38 weeks of the year in the term after their third birthday.
You will be asked to complete a form at nursery to register for the Free Entitlement. You will need to show us your child's birth certificate or passport as proof of identity and eligibility. You will also be asked to complete a declaration form at the beginning of each term you claim the Free Entitlement .
For children in receipt of the Free Entitlement there is no further charge for service at the nursery.

Full fees are payable if holiday is taken during term time. Please complete a notification of holiday form available from the Nursery Manager.
Fees are payable if a child is ill. In instances of prolonged illness the Management Committee will consider each case individually.
The period of notice is one term in writing or one term’s fees in advance.
Please note: Parents / carers are required to inform the nursery of any absence by telephone on the first day of absence.
